Added Rules

Threads will be locked and moved to trashes after two weeks. I guess members have adjusted by that time and is considered not a newbie anymore.

For those who are promoted from being a ICX Guest/Newbie to iCX frequent or higher ranks, your intros will be removed even if you haven't reached the two week due.

8 or more consecutive replies jumping from topic to topic will earn you a warning.
